Q: Do you have physical gift cards for sale?
A: Yes, we do. You can purchase physical gift cards at our restaurant during service hours.

Q: Do you have a dress code at Kessaku?
A: In order to support the celebratory environment, we kindly request that all of our guests dress smart casual or better. This means no athletic wear, shorts, hoodies or flip-flops or athletic sandals. No open-toe shoes for gentlemen. We encourage you to come as your elegant selves!

Q: Is there valet options?
A: The Thompson Hotel offers valet service through Towne Park for $10. Otherwise, there are parking garages nearby.

Q: Do you have gluten free options on the menu?
A: Salmon & avocado roll, queen nigiri, king nigiri, sashimi, jalapeño hamachi, and king crab roll can be made gluten free (menu items are subject to change at the restaurant’s discretion.)
